Humphrey Bogart & Frank Sinatra lookalike Stephen Long, i was born the day Bogie died, his son was also called Stephen, i didn't know this until recently, i studied method acting at drama school for 3 yrs, and throughout i was always drawn to his style of acting, to me he was always cool,strong, and he looked deep within the character he was playing, i found that doing the bogie technique, as i called it, really helped me into character, he had fun with his characters, so do i, i believe in the character I'm playing, that way the audience will believe in the character and not see me, also my good friend Cathrine, is a double for Lauren Bacall, and when i say double its like looking at her, photo's will be posted asap.
Although I'm a method actor, I've played straight guys, tough guys, musical (Bernardo, West side Story) (the Knave of Hearts, Panto, Alice in Wonderland) Comedy roles, police men, gangsters, Soldier Kieth a leading role in award wining British short film Borderland, and i was asked how a method actor could do Shakespeare when i auditioned for Oswald in King Lea, but i got the part, iv had many roles,i was even sent as a shadow with the Manchester CID (police) for two weeks to research a detective i was playing, the top and bottom of it is, i love what i do,and do what i love.

This could be the beginning of a beautiful friendship,(Casablanca), The stuff that dreams are made of, (The Maltese Falcon)..........................................................................................................How crazy, i have been asked to perform at a Frank Sinatra tribute Show, and even sing a few Sinatra numbers, well i love a challenge, and so i recorded myself singing, i will try to perfect it, but i thought i would share my progress, and i must say, i am really enjoying mixing Sinatra with Bogie, well after all, they were great buddies, i am sure and i hope they would be amused at what i am doing, here the songs at http://www.sinatrafrank.com/

BBC Radio interview, Presenter Alex Hall, said its just like looking at the real Lou and Andy, Alex actually thought it was Little Britain on a surprise visit to the BBC.

Over the past few years, we, Stephen Long and Mike Gibson, have been traveling around the North and south England, (Uk / Britain) , performing mix and mingle, meet and greet, stage shows, from the hit TV show Little Britain, our show is called Littla Britain.
Littla Britain is more than just a mix and mingle, a typical night might start like this,
Lou and Andy meet and great guests as they arrive, then inside Bubbles and Dafith entertain behind the bar and interact with party goers, next Vicky Pollard and Ann show off on the dance floor, Emily Howard and Florance, will be giving advice to the ladies,and showing their femininity, she is a Lady, they are both, two Ladies, and what a finale as Lou and Andy perform a short sketch on stage with fun and giveaways, it truly is a WOW factor, we strive to add our own characters which add that extra bite.
